I want to use the app for photos, not videos, for 311 reports

There are times when I want to make a 311 report, but the GPS position doesn't "lock in" fast enough, so I have to record a 5-second video.
I want to be able to just take a quick photo with the app so I can report to 311 without taking a 5-second video.

We've added a UI element that displays whether the GPS position has been "Locked In" or not. If you want to just use the app for a single report, you'll still have to wait a few seconds, but now the UI will inform you.
This will be available in the next release, hopefully to be deployed within a week. When you get the update, please test it out and let me know if it works well enough for your use case.
